By downloading or using LexiPlay, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use LexiPlay on supported devices, in accordance with platform rules.
User Conduct
When using the app, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Use automation or other techniques to exploit the focus system
- Use the app for any illegal or prohibited purpose
Subscriptions and Payments
LexiPlay may offer subscription-based features. Payments are processed by platform stores. We do not manage refunds. Please follow the store’s policies.
Data and Sync
We do not directly store or access your personal data. Learning data stays on your device; if platform sync (e.g., iCloud) is enabled, it’s stored in your own account. You are responsible for managing platform settings securely.
Service Modification and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. For paid subscriptions, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice or fair access time.
Disclaimer
LexiPlay is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss or limitations caused by devices, operating systems, or third‑party services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in a court located in the developer's jurisdiction.
